Radial Entertainment Bolsters Top Leadership

Radial Entertainment, a newly formed global entertainment company managing the FilmRise and Shout! Studios brands, has announced its top leadership appointments. This large team of accomplished industry leaders brings unparalleled expertise and strategic insights to drive growth and promote innovation across Radial and its diverse portfolio in the global entertainment industry. The announcement was made by Radial Entertainment CEO Garson Foos.

Melissa Boag has been named as Chief Marketing Officer, Minh Vo as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Affairs, Brian Blum as Executive Vice President of Operations, and Thibault Hermenault as Executive Vice President of Technical Services.

Additional appointments of top executives at Radial Entertainment include Bill Alexander as Senior Vice President of Finance, Jordan Fields as Senior Vice President of Content Acquisitions, Lexie Heredia as Senior Vice President of Content Investments, Jonitha Keymoore as Senior Vice President of Content Acquisitions, CJ Laychak as Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations, Jeff Peisch as Senior Vice President of Programming & New Business Development, and Jack Samec as Head of Corporate Development.

Melissa Boag, Chief Marketing Officer at Radial Entertainment
As Chief Marketing Officer of Radial Entertainment, Melissa Boag leads marketing and brand development, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to scale growth and foster innovation. She directs the integrated marketing team of FilmRise and Shout! Studios to strategically enhance the visibility of Radial Entertainment and its new releases and catalogue. Boag steers the marketing team, navigating emerging distribution trends, brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, publicity, strategic partnerships, events, and promotions. Additionally, she and her group collaborate closely with both domestic and international sales and acquisitions teams to amplify Radial and its brands’ assets across all platforms. Boag previously served as Executive Vice President at Shout! Studios.

As Shout! Studios Executive Vice President, Melissa Boag has played a vital role in driving the studio’s expansion alongside the executive management team. In addition, she steered content acquisitions in family entertainment, animation and anime and led marketing, publicity, and consumer engagement initiatives that supported the company's growth goals. Her strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, extensive industry experience have enabled Shout! to forge successful partnerships with filmmakers and studios, such as Aardman Animations, Cartoon Saloon, GKIDS on movies from GKIDS and Studio Ghibli (including the Academy Award®-winning film from Miyazaki, The Boy and The Heron), Hasbro, Laika Studios, The Jim Henson Company, and other leading studios.

Minh Vo, General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Affairs at Radial Entertainment
As General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Affairs at Radial Entertainment, Minh Vo provides strategic legal and business leadership across the company's portfolio of brands, including FilmRise and Shout! Studios. She oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance and business transactions, particularly related to intellectual property deals. She leads a team that works collaboratively across departments to support the company’s strategic growth. She previously served as General Counsel and EVP of Business Affairs at FilmRise.

At FilmRise, Vo was instrumental in securing and expanding rights to the hugely popular true crime series Forensic Files and Unsolved Mysteries. She also supported the development and distribution of the award-winning documentary The State of Texas v. Melissa. Prior to being General Counsel and EVP of Business Affairs at FilmRise, Vo served as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Konami Cross Media NY, where she successfully managed the theatrical release of the anime feature Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions. Vo began her career as a journalist covering the United Nations and international affairs, experience that continues to inform her global perspective and deal-making approach.

Brian Blum, Executive Vice President of Operations at Radial Entertainment
As Executive Vice President of Operations of Radial Entertainment, Brian Blum will oversee all content operations spanning Radial's expansive catalogue and diverse distribution verticals. Combining the exceptional FilmRise and Shout! Studios operational departments, he will lead the strategic vision to leverage and maximize the wealth of talent and systems that have been instrumental in delivering compelling content to platforms globally for decades. With a deep commitment to enhancing viewer experience, Blum is focused on bringing groundbreaking new content and fan favorites to audiences in the way they were meant to be seen. He previously served as SVP of Video Production and Digital Operations.

As SVP of Video Production and Digital Operations, Blum played a key role in building Shout’s end-to-end video production and delivery infrastructure. From day one, his mission was clear: honor the creative intent of the artist and deliver an experience that exceeds fan expectations. Under his leadership, Shout developed a flexible, future-ready operations model designed to meet the evolving demands of the worldwide distribution landscape.

Thibault Hermenault, Executive Vice President of Technical Services at Radial Entertainment
As EVP of Technical Services of Radial Entertainment, Thibault Hermenault leads the strategic and operational integration of technical systems across the newly merged entities of Shout Studios and FilmRise. His purview spans content onboarding, quality control, and IT infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing the combined systems of both companies. He previously served as CTO at FilmRise.

As CTO of FilmRise, Hermenault led the company’s technology strategy and infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and operational efficiency. His role was pivotal in aligning technology initiatives with business goals, overseeing both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Those leaving the company include Adam Ainley, Chief Administrative Officer and Gene Pao, Executive Vice President of Strategy & Digital.
